PAD System Cloud是一個雲端平台，提供CAD軟體及線上服務（自動排料、格式轉換）；在PAD System Cloud，您可隨時隨地透過網路建立紙樣、放碼以及排料或是邀請朋友、工作夥伴共同檢視、編輯檔案，滿足個人創作或是團隊合作的需求。

如何開始 下載並安裝 PadAgent User Profile Online Services Billing & Pricing Common Issues About PAD System Cloud

1.1. 您可以按以下連結註冊 PAD System Cloud 帳戶: https://share.padsystem.com/en/member/register

1.2. 輸入電郵地址及個人密碼，密碼長度為 6-16 字符。

2.1. 在您的電子郵箱查收帳戶驗證電郵 (有時候電郵可能在濫發郵箱)，如您未有收到電郵，請通知我們。

2.2. 請點擊此電郵中的啟動連結以完成帳戶驗證程序。

2.3. 若沒有收到驗證電郵，您可以登入您的帳戶，然後點擊 “點擊這裡重新發送＂按鈕，您將會再次收到郵件。.

3.1. 在使用平台上的 CAD 工具前，您需要下載並安裝 PadAgent 程式。

3.2. 登入 PAD System Cloud 後，請點擊右上角 ‘下載’ 按鈕。

3.3. 選擇 ‘下載 PadAgent’.

3.4. PadAgent 下載後，請務必依照指示完成安裝。

4.1. 假如您有很多檔案儲存在 PAD System Cloud 中，您可以依照自身需求，將檔案分類儲存在不同的 Store 中，Store 如同文件夾一樣存放檔案。 點擊帶有‘+’標誌的文件圖像以新增 Store。

5.1. 在成功安裝 PadAgent 後，您可以線上新增一個全新的 Pattern 檔案或是上傳既有 Pattern 檔案。
5.2. 進入您的 Store，請點擊右上角圖像,文件中有十字的按鈕以創建一個全新的pattern檔案。

5.3. 選擇 ‘紙樣設計’，然後輸入檔案名稱。

6.1. 進入您的 Store，請點擊右上角 “新增” 按鈕以創建一個全新的 marker 檔案。.

6.2. 選擇 ‘排料設計’，然後輸入檔案名稱。

6.3. 選取 Marker 檔案版本。

6.4. 打開 Marker 檔案後，您需要從表中選取 Pattern 檔案。

按需設置排料件數、封度 等資料，點擊 “確定” 即可進入排料界面按需進行排料(手動排料/自動排料) 並儲存。

7.1. 如何邀請我的同事或夥伴至我的 Store 中?

進入您的Store中，請點擊右上角 邀請夥伴。.

輸入所要邀請的夥伴email，PAD System Cloud 將會自動寄出email通知。

7.2. 如何管理存取權限?

按左面的 ” 設置” 按鈕，從而進入 “角色與權限” 介面。

然後您就可以開始新增、刪除或修改存取權限。

7.3. 權限設定中，各個權限的定義是什麼?

管理Store: 最高管理權限，您可以進入所有的stores及編輯所有的檔案。

編輯檔案: 您可以開啟及編輯檔案，但無法刪除檔案。

新增檔案: 您可以新增檔案。

編輯檔案: 您可以開啟及編輯檔案，但無法刪除檔案。

刪除檔案: 您可以刪除檔案。

7.4. 如何為其他人設定存取權限?

您應該在 “角色與權限” 介面設定存取權限。

存取權限設定後，請到您想要邀請他人進入的store中。然後點擊右上角的“邀請“按鈕。輸入電子郵件後，選擇存取權限。

我們會發送郵件給受邀請的人。

7.5. 如何修改權限名稱?

1.1. Press the apple symbol on the left top corner on your computer.

1.2. 進入 ”系統偏好設定”

1.3. 選取 ”安全性與隱私”。.

1.4. 選擇”一般” 和點選左下角的鎖頭，解開鎖頭，以進行更改.

1.5. 在允許下載來源的選項裡，選擇 “任何來源”。

2.1. 下載 PadAgent 後，將其安裝到您的電腦上。

2.2. 如果 PadAgent 被防火牆阻擋，請調整相關設定以允許程式安裝。

1. 點擊 按鈕並選擇“個人檔案”，從而進入到“個人檔案”介面。
2. 編輯您的個人資訊及 PAD 版本設定，然後按 “儲存”。
3. 您的個人電郵是帳戶 ID，因此若您忘記註冊時用的電郵地址，可以隨時回到“個人檔案”介面查看。

1. 在“個人檔案”介面，點擊“重設密碼”。
2. 輸入您的新密碼並按 “儲存”，這樣密碼成功重設。

1. 在登錄頁面選取 “忘記密碼”。
2. 請到忘記密碼的頁面，輸入您在 PAD System Cloud 註冊的 email，系統將會自動發送臨時密碼給您，請您在收到密碼後，務必盡快登入修改您的密碼。

1. 打開需要自動排料的 Marker 檔案， 點擊菜單“服務”→ “自動”

1. 按照您的需求，選擇 ”規則” 或是 “組別”，然後點擊“確定”
2. 待排完後，選中 Marker 檔案，點擊“確定”取下排好的 Marker，然後進行保存

1. 進入您想要上傳檔案的 Store 裡，點擊右上角的 並選擇 “上傳”。
2. 選擇要上傳的檔案，一次只能上傳一個。兼容檔案格式包括：.IBA .DXF .STY .BAS .ZIP .AAMA 及 .MAR

1. 進入您想要下載檔案的 Store 裡，選中想要下載的檔案。點擊右上角的 並點選“下載”，選擇所需的下載格式和資料，然後點擊 “好的” 。
2. 下載檔案的功能只適用於付費用戶，因此試用用戶目前不能使用此功能。
3. 如要下載為 RUL 檔案格式，您需要選取 “使用放碼表”。

1. 普通用戶的費用為一個月 45美元 (以每一個許可證計算)。當您開始付款，系統會定時每個月自動延續計劃並扣帳。如果不需要，您可以隨時取消計劃。
2. 開始新付款時，首先登入您的 PAD System Cloud 帳戶。點擊右上角 按鈕，然後選擇「帳戶」。在「帳戶」介面的「許可證」部份，點擊「現在訂閱」。
3. 您永遠可以回到「帳戶」介面管理現時的訂閱計劃，增購許可證或者取消計劃。
4. 學校用戶可以申請我們的教育計劃，但必須依照以下流程以符合資格,

1. d. 學校用戶可以申請我們的基礎許可証。 基礎許可証的費用為一個月 15美元 (以每一個許可證計算為期一年)。

1. 這信息代表您有一個鎖定檔案 (附有金鎖標號)，需要先解鎖這個檔案才能繼續編輯其他檔案。選擇右上角出現金鎖的檔案後，點擊右上角的“解鎖”按鈕進行檔案釋放。
2. 一個許可證允許您同一時間編輯一個檔案，而用唯讀方式開啟其他檔案。如您擁有更多許可證，就可以同一時間編輯更多檔案。

例子：兩個許可證允許您同一時間編輯兩個檔案。

1. For pattern works, you can upload STY, DXF, DXF with RUL, ZIP (for Gerber only), and download STY, DXF, DXF with RUL, ZIP (for Gerber only) file formats.
2. For marker works, you can upload and download MAR , MAA , DXF files.
3. If you upload the DXF with RUL grading file, just like the “BLK_M_Sport_Vest_Gr.dxf” and “BLK_M_Sport_Vest_Gr.rul” file in the following picture, you should use the“shift”key to select these two files at the same time and upload them together.

1. Sometimes the security setting on your browser may prevent you from downloading PadAgent, so you may change the browser security setting first to enable the download. Then reload the website to attempt again.
2. This mostly happens when you use Chrome browser. If you are using Chrome, click on the lock icon next to the URL bar, click ‘Site settings’, and set ‘Insecure content’ to ‘Allow’.
3. If you have downloaded PadAgent and still cannot open the work file(s), please make sure it is installed successfully on your computer. For installation problems, please refer to the ‘Installation Guide of PadAgent’ section.

   • Please check your network connection status, if the connection is not stable or disconnected, your work may not be saved successfully. If the network connection is re-connected, you can save your files on PAD System Cloud.

1. The platform offers three major languages: English, Chinese, and Thai.
2. The CAD software on the platform offers ten languages.

1. If you cannot upload or download a file, please make sure there is no special character in your file name.
2. For DXF with RUL grading file, you need to ensure the two file names are identical to each other.

1. There is no specific search option function in store. At this stage you can try pressing “CTRL+F” to search for the file name.
